Hello, I am a freelance copyeditor and proofreader with 17 years’ experience in editing journal articles. I provide a punctual, professional and friendly copyediting and proofreading service. I am an Advanced  Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.

I specialise in the editing of academic text. I mostly work with authors for whom English is a second or third language. I was a research assistant in numerical cognition at University College London, UK, and a research fellow in a multidisciplinary team at the University of Hertfordshire, UK, designing human–computer interfaces for users with a visual impairment. My work experience honed my skills in structuring research and in communicating results and conclusions clearly and concisely.
