Hello, I am a freelance copyeditor and proofreader with 17 years’ experience in editing journal articles. I provide a punctual, professional and friendly copyediting and proofreading service. I am an Advanced  Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.

I specialise in the editing of academic text. I mostly work with authors for whom English is a second or third language. I was a research assistant in numerical cognition at University College London, UK, and a research fellow in a multidisciplinary team at the University of Hertfordshire, UK, designing human–computer interfaces for users with vision impairment. My work experience honed my skills in structuring research and in communicating results and conclusions clearly and concisely.
